I can't recommend JupiDoor enough. The JupiDoor team navigated us through the process to get the deal done and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. Mike and Kristen went above and beyond and only charge a flat fee for their services. If you're considering using an agent that charges commissions you're doing it wrong. JupiDoor offers a premium service for a fraction of the cost. We used Jupidoor to sell our house in Meridian, ID. They are experts at understanding the local real estate market and priced our house to sell quickly while still getting top dollar.
Ashely walked us through each step of the process from listing our house and taking professional photos to negotiating with buyers to get the best offer.
Their costs were significantly cheaper than other realtors yet we received outstanding service compared to a typical realtor.
I wish we would have found them sooner. I highly recommend using them to navigate the selling (and buying) process.

We would highly recommend using Mike and Ashley at Jupidoor in Boise for selling your home anywhere in the Treasure Valley.  Not only did we save close to $10,000 by doing so, but the service was actually better than listing with a regular real estate agent.  Everything a regular agency does was included and things were handled in an extremely timely manner.  Not to mention the flat fee of $2,500.  We highly recommend their services and would use them again.....hands down the best!!!
