Mike and Kristen went above and beyond and only charge a flat fee for their services. If you’re considering using an agent that charges commissions you’re doing it wrong. JupiDoor offers a premium service for a fraction of the cost. Don’t let the flat fee fool you, they were more involved and more useful than any commission agents I’ve ever worked with. 100% recommend JupiDoor!

We would highly recommend using Mike and Ashley at Jupidoor in Boise for selling your home anywhere in the Treasure Valley. Not only did we save close to $10,000 by doing so, but the service was actually better than listing with a regular real estate agent. Everything a regular agency does was included and things were handled in an extremely timely manner. Not to mention the flat fee of $2,500. We highly recommend their services and would use them again…..hands down the best!!!
